  • Weekly lessons are held at the same time each week. By enrolling, you reserve a specific weekly time slot.
If you need to reschedule, please check the student portal for your teacher’s availability. Rescheduled times are not guaranteed and depend entirely on openings in your teacher’s schedule.

  • If you need to cancel a lesson, please contact the school office or your teacher at least 24 hours in advance to receive a makeup credit.

    • Students may receive up to two makeup credits at a time and expire after 30 days.

    • Makeup credits must be scheduled through the student portal and are subject to teacher availability.

We also offer master classes as an alternative option for make-up lessons.

If a teacher must miss a lesson, a substitute will be provided or an additional makeup credit will be issued that does not count toward your make up limit.

If the school closes for weather or emergencies, lessons will be held virtually or a makeup credit may be issued and does not count toward your makeup credit limit.

Weekly attendance is essential for musical progress.

  • Tuition is due by the 1st of each month.
A $5 per day late fee will be added after the 8th.

If tuition is not paid by the 14th, lessons will pause until payment is made; however, you are still responsible for the full month’s tuition.

    • $120 — 30-minute lessons

    • $180 — 45-minute lessons

    • $240 — 60-minute lessons

Tuition is a flat monthly rate year-round, regardless of holidays or the number of weeks in a given month. On average, students will receive four lessons per month over the course of the year.

This even billing ensures all students to receive the same total number of lessons annually, while allowing our teachers to enjoy planned breaks.

Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a balanced schedule for both students & instructors!

  • Consistent practice is essential for success. Students are encouraged to practice outside their weekly lesson and will receive a practice chart to help track progress.
Practice habits will be personalized between the student and teacher to ensure achievable goals and steady growth.

  • Clear communication helps everything run smoothly.
You may contact the school by phone, email, or text with any questions or concerns.

For teacher-specific questions, please reach out via the student portal. Teachers will respond within 24 hours during their business hours. Messages sent outside business hours may take longer to receive a response.

  • We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment for all students, families, and staff.

    • Lessons may shift to virtual format during severe weather, public health concerns, or building issues.

    • Teachers maintain professional relationships and provide instruction in a safe, respectful manner.

    • Physical contact for posture or technique adjustments will be minimal and may be replaced with verbal guidance at any time upon request.

    • Please arrive and pick up students promptly. Students are welcome to wait for parents in the waiting area of the building until parents arrive as long as it is not disruptive.

    • Students are not permitted to wait outside the building for parents.

    • Students under age 14 will not be allowed to leave without a parent or approved adult unless written permission is provided.

    • In emergencies, students and families are expected to follow staff instructions.
