Tuition is a flat monthly rate year-round, regardless of holidays or the number of weeks in a given month. On average, students will receive four lessons per month over the course of the year.

This even billing ensures all students to receive the same total number of lessons annually, while allowing our teachers to enjoy planned breaks.

Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a balanced schedule for both students & instructors!

Can I pay weekly?

Yes! While we encourage students to take advantage of our monthly program, we understand that schedules can vary.

Our “a la carte” lessons cost $35/$52/$70* for 30/45/60 minute lessons.

Where do lessons take place?

Our school is located at 3401 St. Claude Avenue. in beautiful New Orleans.

We also offer lessons from home studios in Mid City and Uptown.

What instruments do you teach?

Voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, saxophone, clarinet, flute, percussion, and strings.

We’re working to add to this list as we grow!

What about Recitals?

Our monthly lesson plan includes recital opportunities, as well as access to masterclasses.

Non-monthly students can attend recitals and masterclasses for an additional fee. Please check in Events and Programs for more information on our next recital.

What happens if i need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will receive a make-up credit.

Make-up lessons can be scheduled through our student portal. Make up lesson credits expire 45 days after they are issued.

I need to stop lessons. What do i do?

If you ever need to stop lessons, just let your teacher or our admin team know. We ask that you tell us before your last lesson of the month, so your teacher can plan a special “closure” lesson to wrap things up nicely.

If you’d like to take a break, that’s totally fine! We’ll need to take you off the schedule while you’re away — unless you’d like to hold your spot by continuing payment for that time.

When you’re ready to come back, we’ll do our best to get you back on the schedule as soon as possible (though your original day and time can’t always be guaranteed).
